1.0  INTRODUCTION


a)      This Term is to be read carefully as it governs your relationship with STOCKHOUSE LTD and also forms a legal binding between you (the “user”, “buyer”), and STOCKHOUSE LTD (“STOCKHOUSE LTD”, “we”, “our” or “us”).


b)      Access to and use of our website and Mobile App and the services available through it (collectively, the "Service") are subject to the following terms and conditions.


c)      By using the Service, you agree to all of the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue its use.


2.0  SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


a)      We do discount shipping to most UK private locations.


b)      Presently Delivery and "Snap and Collect" is accessible to all clients.


c)      Our delivery service is available all through the week.


3.0  PRIVACY & SECURITY


a)      To protect and ensure safe shopping conditions for all clients, we maintain whatever authority is needed to use reputable security gadgets and frameworks. We keep all your transaction data safe, including individual data.


b)      STOCKHOUSE LTD may occasionally change this Term from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to these terms. Of course, we may notify you of changes to these terms by email or through the private messaging system on our website and mobile app.


4.0  RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACE


a)      STOCKHOUSE LTD invests significantly in ensuring that our items are available in a flawless condition. If you are not satisfied, STOCKHOUSE LTD will be glad to replace or give you a full discount, as long as the item has not been tampered with, and it is still within the grace period.


b)      For all food items, you have 28 days grace period to change your opinion. Items must be returned in their unique packaging and condition. If it is not too much trouble, evidence of procurement will be required.


5.0  ITEMS NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS FAULTY


a)      The following items are non-refundable except if defective:


·         Solidified, smoked or transient merchandise


·         Infant nourishment


·         A removed magazine seal


·         Top-ups and scratch cards are not redeemable under any conditions


6.0  REFUND AND HOW WE ISSUE A REFUND


a)      You may have the right to request a refund under certain circumstances, per this policy. If your refund is granted, we will consider a full discount. You can pick either a discount or a trade and we will discount your cash.


              i.      By credit or debit card: We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the Service. Permit 3-5 working days for the discount to appear in your record.


            ii.      Offer value: If you buy your item at an offer value, your discount will be on that limited-time cost.


          iii.      Note: It can take up to 3-7 working days for funds to return to your account after a requested refund. If it has been longer than 7 working  days, contact us about the problem.
